ASI was incorporated in 2006 as a subsidiary of Advanced Infrared Systems Corporation (AIS) for the sole purpose of developing Domestic Transportation Anti-Terrorist Defense Systems. ASI is a privately held and owned corporation and is dedicated to providing the latest in security technology available today.

AIS markets it solutions to Military, Civil and Commercial Customers directly and in partnership with Prime Integrating Contractors in the US and abroad. In each of its markets, ASI has acquired a powerful portfolio of IP, capabilities and technologies that ASI integrates into solutions for key issues faced by its clients.

Operations

ASI is a Kansas Corporation with its headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas City. ASI deploys its products and services through its business units. These units engage in internal R&D and acquisition, as well as development of partnerships with third parties. Each business unit has a unique area of focus, but each can share the technology and insight of the others. ASI solutions are designed for government and defense but many have unique commercial applications as well.
